Superb clinical research fellowship opportunity for a physician interested in pediatric dermatology. One-to-two year position is available (salary plus benefits) as a clinical research post-doctoral fellow in one of the top dermatology and pediatric dermatology programs in the country, and it is based at a leading children’s hospital. Engagement in a wide variety of clinical research studies for patients with atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, epidermolysis bullosa, hemangiomas, acne, and other disorders with cutting-edge therapies. Fellowship teaches about clinical trial design and management, but also allows immersion in the dermatology and pediatric dermatology curriculum, including grand rounds and clinic exposure. Clinical and Translational Research Opportunity at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center We are seeking a medical student (MS III or greater at inception of position) or MD for the opportunity to perform clinical and translational research at the Department of Dermatology at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. The individual will have the chance to work with two faculty members engaged in clinical and translational research in autoimmune diseases. Start date for the position is negotiable, although availability in June 2013 is preferred.

Due to recent ACGME approval to increase the size of our training program, the Johns Hopkins Dermatology Residency Training Program will have at least 2 positions available beginning July 1, 2013. We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated to train in dermatology and are eligible to begin as PGY2 or PGY3 this coming July.

MD Clinical Research Fellow at the Department of Dermatology at the University of California Davis: This is a one-year, full-time clinical research fellowship, from July 2013 through June 2014. This fellowship will provide ample opportunities to engage in various aspects of clinical research, including designing research projects, working with the Institutional Review Board, caring for research patients, and writing manuscripts. The Boston University School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology, host their monthly Grand Rounds on the first Wednesday of every month.  Patient Viewing starts at 8 am in the Shapiro Building, and discussion of these cases is a 9 am.  Lectures will immediately follow until noon. If you are in the area, please come visit and learn from the interesting case presentations.  (670 Albany Street, Boston, MA)
